1. What ProperReply Does
ProperReply helps landlords, hosts, and small property operators draft rental related messages for common communication situations, such as inquiries, rent reminders, maintenance updates, lease follow ups, move in messages, move out messages, house rules, guest messages, and similar communications.
Because ProperReply helps generate message drafts, the information you enter into the Service may include property details, names of tenants, applicants, guests, vendors, message notes, saved templates, and generated messages.

Do not enter sensitive personal information about tenants, applicants, guests, vendors, or others unless it is necessary, lawful, and appropriate for your use of the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter personal information about tenants, applicants, guests, vendors, or other people into ProperReply.

- Create and manage user accounts
- Generate and refine rental communication drafts
- Personalize messages using saved properties, people, templates, and preferences
- Save messages, templates, properties, and people
- Track message credits, plan limits, and usage

5. AI Processing
ProperReply uses artificial intelligence and related technologies to generate and refine message drafts.
When you use AI features, the information you enter, along with relevant property, recipient, template, and usage context, may be processed by AI service providers to generate outputs.
We use AI processing to provide the Service, generate drafts, improve reliability, enforce safety rules, and maintain product quality.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your saved property, people, or message content to train public AI models.
AI generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated messages before sending them.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate ProperReply, such as:

ProperReply does not store full payment card numbers.

ProperReply may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
